How To Built Simple Mini Refrigerator With Peltier Cooler -TEC1-12706 = :D Easy Methods.

The things You will Need

1 - Styrofoam board
2 - Plastic Box
3 - Aluminium sheet
4 - Some Glue To stick Foam
5 - Thermal Paste
6 - Heat Sink From Old Computer.
7 - TEC1-12706 (Peltier Cooler)




First -  Cut Foam As Desire Need For The box to Insulate.
Three Cuts on Aluminium sheet is not Necessary. I simply get this sheet from old amplifier, front panel. Which I cut it to make heatsink for the freezer inside portion.


Second - Attach heat sink To the plastic Box. Then Stick Foam to the plastic with some Glue As shown in the Above picture.
Now place the peltier on The Heat sink With Applying Thermal Paste. After that again apply thermal paste on peltier top portion where Aluminium Sheet will place. Place the aluminium Sheet And stick with a glue to the foam, and thats done.


After Connect with 12 volts D.C power supply  And Wait For few Hours. It Success Fully Cool down two Soda Can.

If you Need more efficiency. Just Insulate this more. And Use Better Heat Sink.
